Impact Wrist Guards

Made with a low-profile design to fit comfortably under nearly all gloves and mitts, the Impact Wrist Guards give you protection and support where and when you need it. Flexible top splints support your wrist but won't pinch or pressure your hands. Palm pads disperse shock and give you added defense against damage and sharp impacts. Flexible strap is utilized for precise comfort and fit adjustment. No matter what your needs, the Impact Wrist Guards will get the job done.

Better Late Than Never

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I needed these 20 years ago when I started snowboarding, but at least I have them now. Small enough to fit under gloves and stiff enough to save you from spraining or worse, these are well worth the money.

Surprisingly Comfortable

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

As an individual who has broken my wrist twice and is not a big fan of drinking milk, I consider myself lucky to own a pair of these wrist guards. They are quite comfortable and were much less bulky than I expected. They fit easily under my mittens when I snowboard and they still allow me to retain a fairly high range of motion. I have not yet taken any major spills this season, but having these guards certainly give me peace of mind, and they have absorbed the impacts of all the smaller falls I have taken. If you have weak wrists like me and are in the market for some guards, I would highly suggest these.

A must for learning

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Others in my lessons were complaining of sore wrists. I wasn't, these are a necessity when learning to snowboard. They have enough give in them so they are not uncomfortable.

work great

great Guard,great protection from hurt

Fit great and still wear them!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Bought these for just starting out. They are comfortable and provide an extra layer of safety. It's like a seatbelt, feels weird not to wear them. Great product at a great price.

save my wrist..

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

a must-have-piece for me -- beginner. My wrist hurts without them. I ordered S, wear it inside women Burton M size gloves. I usually wear S size gloves, but at least choose M to fit this piece inside.... I guess L would work even better. M is a little bit too tight to put gloves on and off.

Solid Performing Brace

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Took a few hard impacts with these on that hurt, but I didn't get hurt. Success! I have Medium sized hands. I bought these in large. I wear them over my liner gloves, but under my Celtek Trippin Mittens (also a large). The fit is very, very snug in this setup. Had to learn how to put my gloves on over these without help. They do the job well, just make sure you know your sizes
