Burton AK Guide Glove - Women's

Pro-level performance.

The Burton Women's AK Guide Glove offers the warmth and breathability needed to handle the deepest backcountry missions and the most intense ascents. Gore Active technology provides reliable waterproofing in the worst weather, yet is highly breathable to keep your hands dry while you're breaking trail.

Lightweight and low-profile Primaloft insulation keeps your hands warm without a bulky feel, and Sherpa fleece lining on the back of the hand boosts the coziness. Menawhile, Dryride Ultrawick on the palm manages moisture to help your hands stay dry from the inside. Tough Gnar Guard leather on the palm ensures durability and dexterity, and the thumb and index finger are touchscreen-compatible so you can answer calls and snap pics on your smartphone without exposing your bare skin to the frigid air. When the backcountry beckons, make sure you're armed with the AK Guide Glove.

Great Gloves

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: small

I bought these for my wife because she said her hands were cold, They Fit Her great and she loves them, she recommended them to her friend and she loves them as well, I have a pair of the men's and these are great since they do not make the yeti gloves any more. Would buy them again for my wife and my self. To the other reviews on here if you are giving them 2 stars because of the leash, come on who really uses the leash they have the buttons on the inside to hook to your pants.

Broke TWICE!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Small

Fool me once, fool me twice...
I bought these gloves and within two days of light use the leash broke off, backcountry quickly returned them and sent me a new pair. They are super warm and durable so I thought they were perfect for a backcountry splitboarding trip in the Tetons, after two days the leash broke (again!) causing me to almost loose one in the middle of my multi-day trip, which would have been a disaster. Everything else about them is great - just don't rely on the leash or you might loose your gloves!

Finally, WARM hands!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

Great warmth in a low-profile glove. I loved the fit of this glove, the quality materials, and the look/design. Have recommended to other friends who suffer from cold hands while skiing!

Keeps the cold at bay

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

These gloves are the only ones you need during those cold days of winter. These are stylish, warm, and durable. I gave these as a gift to my mother and she is very happy. Snowman building accessories she says.
