nice bra - would buy again

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: 38D

I have worn this a couple times at the gym. I think that the band size runs ever so slightly larger, I would probably drop to the next size down in the band - keeping the same cup measurement. I got a 38D so I would go with a 36DD. The padded straps are SUPER comfortable. The garment feels well made and of quality fabric and materials. I would definitely get another one and highly recommend this brand. As previous reviews mention the cup is "thin" and not much padding to it - thus you will show through a bit if not cautious.

Coverage

The fabric is to thin and shows more than it should. It didn’t said it had padding but I was expecting a thicker fabric. It shows the shape of the nipple when it’s cold.

Ok, but too much show through

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 36E

The description said these have molded cups high impact support. I found this sports bra was not thick enough to prevent show through. I don't want to be walking around a cold gym like that. The bra itself had decent coverage and the straps were comfortable, though I never tried out the "hi impact" support claim because I didn't wear them to the gym. Disappointing. I am returning.

I am a 34E but ordered a size larger based on company recommendations and the band was a little too big and the cups baggy so I think this would be true to size if I'd ordered my actual size.

    High quality

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought this for my wife and she says that is a very nice and supportive bra.

    Supportive and Comfortable

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 38D

I wear a 38D bra and finding comfortable, supportive sports bras is always a chore. This is my second Maia sports bra and it is working out well. The straps are adjustable and padded which really helps when you need extra length. The underwire helps with the support but is not uncomfortable. The back clasp makes this easy on and easy off, no trying to pull it over your head. One issue - I also ordered a white Maia but the straps were extra short - shorter than my other two bras by 2-3".

    How to Measure:
    Follow the steps below.
    1. Rib Cage Measurement:
Measure around your rib cage around the bottom band, just under the breast. The tape measure should feel quite snug. Round the measurement down to the closest inch.
    2. Band Size Conversion:
Using our measurement guidelines below, find your corresponding band size based on your rib cage measurement.
    3. Bust Size Measurement:
Measure the bust over the fullest point of the breast. For larger-breasted women, the fullest point may not be at center, and is often lower. As breast tissue can fluctuate as much as 20%, round up to the closest inch.
    4. Cup Size Conversion:
Subtract your actual rib cage measurement (step 1) from your actual bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If the difference is between sizes, round up to the larger size.
