Flat fix in seconds, flat.
Your friends told you that with new tubeless tires, you'd never get a flat again, but unfortunately they were wrong. While riding tubeless can significantly reduce your chances of flats, goat-heads and sharp rocks can still do damage. Save yourself from the burden of tossing in a tube mid race-day with help from the Backburn Design Plugger Tubeless Repair Kit. This small kit holds 10 tubeless repair plugs inside of it, and easily deploys a tubeless plug in seconds flat, saving yourself from the headache and mess of trying to toss a tube into your tubeless setup and fighting with rim tape and valves.

Works pretty well for its purpose, but
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I used the velcro strap to attach to my top tube for quick access in a pinch. Problem is, the cap doesn't secure very tightly. On a recent gravel ride, I was dismayed to look down and see that the tool had separated from the case and was gone. The case stared blankly back at me the rest of the ride, daring me to get flat. Maybe some Gorilla tape over it next time?
Keeps you rolling.
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Works to plug small holes in your tubeless set up with out having to throw a tube in. You can even wrap two plugs together to seal some of those larger holes.
Keep it Tubeless
I run tubeless on all of my bikes. This tool is essential. I'm looking forward to saving myself countless emergency tubes, tire boots and waiting around while I fix a flat tubeless tire. The carrying case for this is perfect and lightweight.
Saves The Day
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
