My jacket is missing, so sad.
I've waited for the delivery for this weekend hiking, but Backcountry sent me other person's birthday gift, some t-shirt. And they said, this jacket is out of stock. I'm so sad that I can't get this. I can imagine the Birthday person must be sad. And some other person might get my jacket and should do some returning work. Moreover, I had to ask their apology because the operator didn't apologize at first even though I should send the wrong one back to them. And they didn't send the returning label to my e-mail, so I found it by myself from the website. I guess I even lost my first purchase promotion code.
