Credo Pant

If the rock is sharp but jeans don’t provide the mobility you need for the redpoint, the Black Diamond Credo Women’s Pant has you covered. It’s lightweight and stretchy but remarkably durable, so those stylin’ kneebars and tight squeezes don’t shred your skin, and it sports a fit that looks good at the post-crag brag session when you’re telling everyone how that 5.13 crux wasn’t actually all that cruxy.

  • Wear the Credo when the moves are hard and the chimneys are tight
  • Stretchy organic cotton makes short work of convoluted cruxes
  • Drawcord waist sits comfortably under your harness
  • A zippered pocket keeps your phone safe up scree-covered approaches

Weird fit

  • Size Bought: 6

I don’t love these pants. I love the north dome pants and these seemed similar, so I wanted to give them a try. The fit is really off for me. It’s tight in the hips and thighs and then flares at the legs. It’s really strange and I don’t get it’s purpose. The north dome pants are nice because you can cinch at the ankles. These just flare like a weird boot cut even though it’s for climbing...I don’t get it. I’ll have to return these.

Super comfy, not durable

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Size Bought: 4

For the first 2 months, these were my go-to climbing pants. I really liked the zipper pocket for my phone, but within 2 climbs I noticed a hole growing. Now I don't put anything valuable in that pocket. Fast forward a couple more months (no more than 6) and I have holes in my butt, side pocket and both knees. While these pants are really comfy and nice looking, they are not for anyone who crack climbs.

Credit to the credo

I am an easy to please gal. These pants felt like a dreamy vacation when I put them on. After being swept away to some sort of forbidden land that no pant is (apparently) allowed to take me to, I found that these pants began to stretch more and more throughout the day. Each wash brings them back to their dreamy comfortable fit, but I hate havin droopy trousers at work when I’m runnin and leapin and liftin. I will still give these pants 5 stars because I’m sure there isn’t a pair of pants out there that don’t stretch after you get too rowdy in them. I’m just glad they are durable enough to keep from bustin at the seems.

Great Climbing pant

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large

I bought the size 2, I am a 23 waist so these pants were a bit big on me. I was able to cinch down the waist. I wouldn't buy them again, mainly because they were just too baggy for me I felt like I had to keep pulling them up but I still wear them, climbing. I am 5'2'' and they are also a bit long for me I have to do a double roll, so these are great climbing pants but better fitted for taller people.

Love them!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

supper comfortable ! I love these pants, so comfortable and cute. I love the relaxed fit and the super soft materiel. But with all that they are still durable!!

Lovely fitted pants, just not my style

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Size Bought: 10

These are super soft, and fit my heavier thighs and wide hips surprisingly well. However, decided to return for two reasons
1) Limited range of motion (maybe I should have sized up)
2) Didn't like the lack of back pockets (stylistically and functionally)

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 6

I was in search of some comfy cotton climbing pants that weren't too sporty to wear to the lab... and these pants certainly did the trick! I'm usually around a size 4 in pants, but I got a size 6 in these because I have an athletic build (big thighs/butt, small waist) and the butt and pockets were a bit tight on the 4. There's a drawstring that ties on the outside, not the inside like a lot of sporty pants do, and I really like that feature. Overall, the pants are super soft, light, and once they stretch out a bit are perfect for climbing! Also, I love the color I chose (sandalwood). Super earthy and perfect. Good job BD!

How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Measure around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Measure around the apex of the bust, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
