Double Up.

Big Agnes makes every night in the wilderness another honeymoon with the double-wide Cabin Creek 15 Degree Synthetic Sleeping Bag. Built for two people, the Cabin Creek features two integrated sleeping pad sleeves and pillow pockets, so your other half won't steal yours in the middle of the night. Big Agnes knows the smells of campfire and bug-repellent really pitch your tent, so they gave this bag its nylon lining a stain-resistant finish. Zippers with insulated draft tubes on each side prevent late-night power struggles, and a no-draft collar and center flap seals around each person's head, so you stay warm without suffocating in stale tent breath. High-loft synthetic insulation keeps you cozy all night and stuffs down to a packable size, while ripstop nylon fabric provides water-repellent protection.

  • A double-wide sleeping bag for cozy nights camping
  • Individual sleeping pad pockets accommodate two pads
  • No-draft collars for each person's head keep you warm
  • Nylon lining and stain-resistant finish for fabric freshness

Perfect double

The snaps to keep the two sides separate so that one persona can get out without bothering the other is a really nice feature.

    Great Wedding Present!

I just gave this as a wedding present and the couple was SO excited to go camping with it!

      So far, so good!

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This sleeping bag is awesome. It's spacious and comfortable. We've only taken it on car camping trips but i'm very excited to bring it backpacking. It packs up fairly small and will work well if one person carries this and the other carries the tent. You'll both need sleeping pads because the bottom of it is fairly thin, it just has the sleeping pad system (which is also awesome). We were worried our pads would not lay flat next to each other throughout the night but once we got them situated they didn't move. It probably got down to about 25 degrees and we were both warm all night.

Will this work with a single double wide pad?

I feel like it should work with a double sleeping pad if the pad isn't too wide - there isn't a divider in the middle. We have the Big Agnes Insulated Air Core Ultra Sleeping Pad (Regular) and NEMO Equipment Inc. Astro Insulated Lite Sleeping Pad (also regular) and it is a bit of a pain to get them in but they both fit. My only thought with the double sleeping pad is i'm not sure how easy it would be to actually get it into the sleep system, our pads fit pretty tight and I think they're probably a bit easier to maneuver in as two pieces.

      Unanswered Question

Any idea if thermarest pro-lites would work in the pad sleeves of big agnes sleep systems? or would they move around too much?
