    I picked up a few of these for a Vegetarian friend for a backpacking trip and she was pretty stoked. It also was her first time with freeze dried and definitely met her approval.

    Nice Veggies

      This is a nice mix, found we had to let it hydrate a little longer than the instructions. It has a nice butter sauce to boot making it a nice tasty stand alone next to a freeze dried dinner

      Buttery Veggies

      These are small, portable, and taste great. They help to add some variety to your camp kitchen. I personally would love if they added some squash and a few other veggies, but there is nothing wrong with these.
      I will be trying Chris R's move and adding mashed potatoes to the bag next time I get a chance.

      This one goes with me on most trips. Its basic and adds a lot to any meal. If you want to turn it up a notch add a packet of instant mashed potatoes to the bag.

        Awesome veggies. It's a nice change from rice and beans, and more rice...and beans. A tasty freeze dried meal/side a vegetarian can enjoy!

          Best freeze dried veggies I've ever had! Tender juicy and covered in a light butter sauce! I could eat it forever! One problem, when the bag is empty it doesn't refill itself :(
