We made the Ridge Yurt Insulated Shirt for something to slip into once we reach the yurt. Its quilted insulation keeps us warm while we figure out how to work the woodstove, and the DWR exterior sheds any snowflakes that happen to fall on us while we're gathering logs outside. Not just for yurts, this casual insulation makes an impression around ski towns, campsites, and cabins as well.

Excellent material, weird cut
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I was very excited to receive the jacket and the material felt and looked amazing. It was exceptionally warm, soft, and had a good deal of stretch without the loud nylon texture of some similar products. Unfortunately the cut is very odd, and I had to return it. The chest and sleeves were slim while everything lower is loose to the point of flaring out at the bottom (which looks very odd given the length). Would be difficult to layer given the tightness of the chest and sleeves. For reference, I am about 5'11" and 160lbs wearing a medium. Would be an excellent jacket if the top were cut looser or the bottom slimmer.
