Incorrect sizing

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it

Why is it labeled "Relaxed Fit" when the size on the shirt says "Small Petite"? I'm a fan of the design, but the sizing runs tight with a longer length than usual. I'm discovering Backcountry's shirt sizes run tight.
