Speedy strides in the snow.
Sprint up snowy trails or pace yourself in a relaxing stroll with the Fitness Snowshoe by Atlas. Its Speed V-Frame and V-tail promote a quick performance on groomed and flat terrain, while the Wrapp Cruise binding offers an easy entry as well as a comfortably secure fit. Atlas's Free-Rotating Suspension allows a natural articulation at each step-off. The durable Nytex deck sheds snow, while the tempered steel Twin-Trac toe crampon works with the lightweight aluminum heel cleat to ensure traction on the snow's slippery surface.

- Q & A
Good snowshoe, annoying strap
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I bought these Atlas Fitness Snowshoes for my wife and she's generally pretty happy with them.
The good: A lightweight snowshoe that handles the snow pretty well, while allowing flexibility for running. The binding allows for a one handle open/closure which is great when you have gloves on.
The bad: The back strap in the binding is a pain and hard to work with. You have to stretch backwards and around to get it to line up properly, a task which is easier when you have someone to help. Maybe it gets easier with time and experience, but so far it's a pain.
