Go where the mountains take you.

It's cool if you want to spend your life in the park sessioning the same jump over and over, but if you want to go a little deeper and live life a little more adventurously, strap on the Armada Highline Gore-Tex 3L Women's Bib Pant. As the name suggests, this bib is decked out with a three-layer waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane to keep burly mountain storms off your skin, and finished with Gore-Seam tape to keep moisture from penetrating microscopic gaps. For extra coverage and a better fit, Armada hooked up a removable stretch bib and Lycra boot gaiters, keeping your pants up and snow out (there are also adjustable waist tabs so you can forego both the bib and a belt). If you get hot booting up the next 3,000-foot couloir, just pop open the inseam zips for a cooling breeze, and if you're throwing on crampons, don't worry about your cuffs, because they have Keprotec reinforcements to prevent punctures and slices. Armada also hooked the Highline up with an embedded Recco reflector, so you can enjoy some safety backup when you're taking a pow lap inside the ropes.

  • Gore-Tex 3L waterproof and breathable membrane
  • Nylon fabric with fully taped seams
  • Removable stretch bib
  • Water-resistant inseam vents
  • Adjustable waistband
  • Lycra boot gaiters
  • Keprotec cuff reinforcement
  • Recco reflector

Flattering technical bibs

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: small

I love these bibs because they not only function well, but are flattering too! I have owned two pairs of these, and I love the updated colorway with the pink pops of color on the zips.
What sets these bibs apart is the removal bib from the pant. This makes it easy to go to the bathroom or change without loosing all of your layers. Additionally, the bib is a breathable mesh material, which keeps me cool on warm days, both riding lifts and if I'm touring. The vents are placed well on the inside of the thigh (because no one sweats on the outside of their thighs) and are the full length of the thigh for maximum ventilation. The cargo pockets are big enough for me to use as a beacon pocket, and the reinforced cuffs have withstood many misplaced crampon steps and are still in good shape!

Great material, bombproof bibs

Full on bibs that come all the way up to the collarbone. Haven't felt powder up my back since I've got them and they breathe great for tours

    I really liked these pants

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

These pants fit super well and the sizing was right. I ended up not keeping them because the quality of the pants was different from the men's. My husband has the same pair in men's and the women's material was thinner and the zippers were quite as durable. Otherwise I was pretty excited about them

    Holy Bib Batman!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium

I made the switch from pant to bib and I am stoked on it! No snow in my trousers anymore when I biff it , which is once a week. Stoked that the top zips off of these too! Makes pit stops a bit easier. The zipper to the top part of the bib is pretty small and feels like it's break easily, but has held up thus far! I ordered a medium and it fits great! Though I couldn't fit a hoodie underneath very comfortably so if you like that look, maybe size one up! Overall super happy with this product and would definitely recommend!

    Perfect fit!

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Small

These pants fit just as expected! I haven't yet used them this ski season but I have a good feeling they're going to keep me super warm and cozy all season whether I'm in resort or in the backcountry!

    Armada Highline Gore Bib

Love these - they are technical but still really flattering. They are stretchy on top but will keep you completely protected from snow getting in. As a general rule of thumb, Armada runs pretty small, so size up if you are in between sizes.

Great bib, love the zip off option

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit: Runs large
      • Size Bought: Small

Great fit! Not too tight in the butt & thighs where I like to have some room to move and helps me stay warm. Absolutely love the zip off option for the bib part. 2 for one! Can't beat it. I had another pare of bibs and these are so much cuter/ stylish for a high end tech garment. Love the articulation that gives me a cute figure and I don't feel like I am wearing a "sac", due to lack of design. The buckles on the bibs are a little big and clunky, I hope they don't cause me trouble seeing that I ride w a pack a lot in the backcountry...they lay too close to my collar bones, so we will see how that works out. I am usually in between a small and a medium, medium always feeling too big, and I got a small and they r perfect. Color is so nice, reminds me of the night sky right as the last bit of light disappears- Dusk, the perfect name. Over all I hope they keep making these, so when I wear these out I can buy another pair. The legs also are big enough to go over my boots easy.

Great bib, love the zip off option

First bibs, first gore, first LOVE!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: Large

Holy Cow! These bibs are AWESOME!

While being a shell pant, they offer a lot of diversity that I crave in ski pants. My base layers can change while my outer layer will stay the same. Solid protection from the elements, especially wind and water.

My only complaint is they run slightly small. I'm normally a medium, but get a large for length. These are tight in the large on me, which is a little unnerving. Other than that, totally love!

First bibs, first gore, first LOVE!

      Bring on the pow!!!

These Armada Highline Bib were a great investment! I bought them for my wife for Christmas a last minute presents. She loves them. Here's what she said:

Love the red, its vibrant, but not over the top annoying red. I really like the upper bib - the softshell material is awesome and it makes it way more comfy than the other bibs I've owned which are the same material all the way up. I feel like it keeps me warmer too! The fit was a little snug, but not bad enough for me to get a bigger size. My first 3L goretex, and i'm already loving staying dry. I get in the car, after a full day of skiing and i'm still warm and dry. Its the best!

        My First Shell Pants

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times
        • Fit: True to size
        • Size Bought: XL

These are my first shell pants, and I love them. I bought them right as it started to snow and have already spent a handful of hours touring in them, as well as wearing them in the resort.

They fit true to the size guide and I'm very appreciative that the shoulders have as much adjust-ability as they do. The bib is also easily removable.

These lightweight pants are perfect for touring and resort use. The vents are placed in the inner thigh, and have a small strap connecting either side, so even when they're totally unzipped, they're not flapping open - which is awesome!

I was concerned that they would be a bit too tight in the thigh, but i have total mobility, and don't feel like they're going to rip with each step I take.

There is also a small zippered pocket on the left chest of the bib, perfect for keeping your phone for easy access so you can snag that perfect insta ;).

I love these pants, and am excited to have them for seasons to come!

        How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
        Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose. In most pants, waist size doesn’t correspond to any measurement of your actual waist, or where you wear your pants. Waist sizes on pants still generally coordinate with where people wore their pants back in the day, and that’s just below your belly button. Today, pants are generally worn on the high-hip, the widest area of the seat, where your femur ends. All this said, the difference between where you likely wear your pants and your listed pant size usually isn’t more than an inch and a half. So if your high-hip measures 34, you’re in the neighborhood of a 33 size pant.
        Chest:
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug, not loose enough to slide off but not so tight that it jams up your breathing. Lower your arms, take a breath and see what the tape tells you.
        Inseam:
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
        Sleeve:
Measure from the middle of your neck to your wrist bone. Use one hand to line up the tape end with the bone sticking out on the back end of your neck and let the tape drop over your shoulder and down your arm so you can see where the wrist lays.
