Arc'teryx Procline FL Pant - Men's

Move faster.

The Arc'teryx Men's Procline FL Pants were designed for ski mountaineering and rapid alpine ascents. Their breathable Fortius 1.0 softshell fabric is breathable, durable, and weather resistant. The Procline's employ an alpine-specific cut for a streamlined fit that minimizes bulk, while offering plenty of mobility when powering up the skin track and hiking steep couloirs. The 1/4-length ankle zipper is gusseted to fit over multiple boot widths, while the Keprotec scuff guards resist wear and tear from boot buckles, crampons, and ski edges.

Excellent Non-Euro Fit Shoftshell Pants

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium

These softshell pants have checked off every box on my list. They fit great and have tons of mobility for touring but I can still wear them at the resort without looking like I showed up late for the SkiMo race. So far I have been very impressed with their water/wind resistance and am looking forward to spring mountaineering in them. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a non-euro fit softshell pant that comes in colors other than black.

Life changing touring / zipfy sled pant

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

These are my first high quality softshell and they are mindblowing. Really water resistant unless I'm sitting in snow for a long time, nice fit that's not too tight, easily go over my boots, range of motion is truly astonishing. The vents work great. Material seems fairly impact resistant, the one hole I've gotten is from putting some metal spikes in the side pocket, my fault. Super impressed, I expect to be using these things for many years.

Touring

Purchased these for touring in the wasatch, only one early season day on them so far, but they breathe exceptionally. Love the big front knee pocket for storing gels and shot blocks, the vents are a plus, not many softshells have that option. Very happy with my purchase.
