Big Fan - I bought two of them
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I took advantage of the clearance of the 75l (they moved to 80l) and bought a couple of these to store gear and travel. I'm a big fan. I don't like too many pockets and organizers in my duffles since I separate gear into their own stuff sacks and such anyway. I love the waterproof material; it has stood up to all of the abuse I've thrown at it so far. I would love a waterproof zipper, but I don't plan on dunking this so the level of water resistance is sufficient for riding in the back of the truck when it starts to rain as long as I'm fine with a bit of water getting through the zipper.
Way overpriced for the materials used
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Most Arc'teryx products range from good to great. This isn't one of them. This is basically a big nylon laundry bag, with cheap straps and fasteners. It's not stylish at all(Mine is red-maybe it looks better in another color). It can do the job since it can hold a lot of your stuff-there's no lining inside btw, but it is really overpriced. I would look at other bags. This is just a rip-off frankly.
