- Q & A
My husband and I got two of these for camping. The first time we used them, one of them was already leaking air back through the one way air valve from the sleeping pad back into the pump. Then the air seemed to leak out the cap of the intake valve on the outside of the air pump system. Then we tried them out a second time to make sure it wasn't just that we forgot to tighten the cap enough on the end that lets out all the air. When we woke in the morning both his and mine were deflated this time. It seems however the pump thing works, doesn't seem to hold up very well. It's an awesome concept, webwere just pretty bummed they didn't work.
Great sleeping pad
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
The pad is sturdy and the self inflating feature can be really useful if you have a bit of time to let it inflate. Otherwise, if you're in a hurry you can always inflate it yourself. It is really comfortable to sleep in 0 to 20 degrees C temperature. Very compact when packed.
What are the packed dimensions?
Great except for the weight
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Bought this for the wife for car camping, since I already own a Neo Air. She doesn't backpack, so the weight isn't an issue for her. She found it comfortable, and I like the built-in pump.
