Wow, they sure have a sh*t ton of these up for sale! At this price it is a pretty nice fleece for casual use. I had a decent REI refund and was browsing there a few years ago...found one on clearance...how may you ask? well it was on a manikin, size small, and had been on display for a few months or so. however, never, ever, pay full price for this or the fugitive hoody or anything else that isn't explicitly a technical item.

Hey all,
I have been running around to clients for tow days and missed all the dollar deal madness.
I think the script is running too slow for me to get a dollar deal, am I correct? My shipping just does not pop up fast enough. You all don't have that issue when you get the dollar deals?

they put that 4 seasons 4 person tent up a second time..probably didn't expect a $300 item to sellout like it did the first time around.
Now for a 2 or 3 person 4 season tent. or how about a bivy bag or two..

speaking of that marmot stretch jacket (that I TOTALLY wanted but didn't even try for. that was a nice dollar deal), whats with naming things stretch? for instance, this stretch tent.. is it stretchy? does one really want a stretchy tent? that would be kinda strange.

for being at the same price point, shouldn't the limits on those two have been flipped? 3 short spectra runners for $15+ isn't much of a deal.
okay, I'm bitter about not being able to buy 10 runners at $2.97 a pop to match the 20 Nano 23 biners that I got up here a few weeks back

I don't know if you can depend upon alerts and text messages to let you know in time. I would say I have been pretty successful with the dollar deals and the only way I have gotten them is when I watch a listing end or sellout and immediately change over. Even then you have to click abnormally fast-you have no time to read the product description, look much at sizing or even quantity in stock for a size, nor at any shipping options or any other things in the checkout screen. your credit card must be saved on file and you must have your web browser remember your checkout password or else have it on the clipboard to paste it in as fast as possible.

how do you guys pull the trigger so fast on the dollar deals?? i got the txt message ( i have firefox plugin too) and jumped on it instnatly. but it said my cart was empty when i clicked buy..... i was so sad...

guess dollar deals are done. I thought it was just an October thing so I'm impressed it lasted so long. I've been flummoxed since mid-October, I think people figured it out and mobbed the deals, maybe it helps load faster if you're out west or my luck just ran out.
Anyway, thanks for giving me great stuff!
