Silverline Raglan Jersey - Short Sleeve - Women's

If you're going to spend endless summer days on your bike, you want a jersey with fabric and features that work. But, that doesn't mean you want to donate an arm and a leg to get them. The Silverline Women's Raglan Short Sleeve Jersey is designed specifically for women who don't want to compromise on functionality or style.

Microphase fabric was used for all of the panels of the jersey. Microphase is not exclusive to Giordana, but it did commission a proprietary alteration to its structure. Its weight is around 135g/m2, which, although not nearly as compressive as a 220 denier compression garment, does minimize road vibration and muscle oscillation. Additionally, an increased incorporation of polyester microfiber has placed less absorbent fibers next to the skin and more absorbent fibers near the outside. This seemingly counter-intuitive move pulls moisture from the skin to the outside of the jersey so that it is more quickly evaporated. Microphase features a soft hand for next to the skin comfort.

Now, the Silverline jersey's construction wouldn't be complete without mentioning the fit. Using a proprietary Women's Contour Fit, Giordana's Silverline jersey is cut to fit the female form while in the riding position. The raglan cut prevents bunching at the front of the jersey, and elastic at the waist keeps the jersey in place. A full-length zipper allows for heat dumps during extended rides, and it is easily adjustable with one hand. Three back pockets provide ample space for everything you'll need for a full day on the bike. And if your day happens to become night, two reflective strips increase your low-light visibility.
