How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Chest:
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Natural Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Height:
True height without shoes.
Seat:
Measure around body at fullest part of your seat, legs together.
In instances when your body measurements for chest and height are in two different sizes, Icebreaker recommends going with the size from your chest measurement.
Fit Guide:
Slim Fit:
Close fit through chest, shoulder, and waist with slightly shorter body.
Regular Fit:
Regular fit through chest, shoulder with adequate shaping through the waist to define your silhouette.
Relaxed Fit:
Loose through the chest, shoulder, waist with extra length in body.
Easy Care:
Use warm or cool machine wash on normal cycle. Wash separately at first [after 2-3 days' use] then wash them with like colors. Wash on a normal cycle with denim or other hard fabrics to remove fluffing. Never use fabric softener or detergent with bleach. Do not tumble dry. Best to dry your Icebreaker flat in the shade or on the clothes line.

Always thought wool was itchy and uncomfortable to wear. Bought the Sport320 and have absolutely loved it. Durable and very comfortable. Used it in Montana for a week long trip into the Bob Marshal Wilderness and experience a range of temps from 32-65 degrees. Worked extremely well as a layer, were I could wear a coat during the colder times over it and then when it warmed up could take the coat off and be comfortable with just the top on. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Nice

I like the shirt really well. But a bit warm for anything active above 35 unless you are essentially sedentary. I like the thumbloops. The fit is a bit loss so for a tight fit go down a size. I am 5'11"-ish nearly 6' and about 165 so I am right on the borderline of large and medium depending on the manufacture. I went with a large but a medium would have been better for this one. However a large in the Quantum 220 zip fits great. After wearing it continuous for nearly 2 weeks in a variety of climates during my tour of the west it was nice to walk into a store without people running away. The only thing it smelled like was campfire not polyester's rendition of sweat. And I asked an honest opinion from people I knew and they thought I just put the shirt on... I could not help but smile. All of the niceties of wool without the itch. The price tag looks better from SAC if you can catch it there.

Love this Sweater

Bought this and a 260 weight for an 8 day backpacking trip high in the Wind Rivers. They were great. The sleeves are long enough for my monkey arms. They were comfortable in a broad range of temperatures - whenever my pack wasn't on, one of these was - day and night. The thumb loops had the added benefit of keeping the sun off my burned hands later in the week. I like 'em.

Disappointed with the fit

wow, how the pictures of this shirt on models do lie. If you look at Icebreaker's model, he makes this shirt look narrow cut (athletic) and long. At 6' 180 lbs. the large was the exact opposite. Even as regular non-tech piece I wouldn't wear it. The fit, in a L, was wide cut and the length was short. The length could've been forgiven but the width was way too baggy. I can't imagine the medium fitting better unless they cut the shirt with a totally different fit in mind. My first IB buy and 0 for 1 so far. I won't give up, they can't all fit that way, but this'uns a dud. I will say that the wool felt great and the build quality seemed, upon inspection, to make for a superior product were it not for the fit. Not for us thin guys, and I'm not that thin, unless you like a BAGGY fit. Three stars for build quality, fit is subjective but deceiving with regards to pictures.
