- For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
- Chest:
- Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Sleeve:
- Have a friend measure from your center back to your wrist.
- Waist:
- Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
- Hip:
- Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
- Inseam:
- Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Great Shirt, but We Expected Something Different

I got this for my wife in the Key Lime color in a S. Fit is true to size and the color in the pic is true. The material is a really soft lightweight rib wool. It was a bit thicker than she expected, but still very lightweight, soft and breathable. In this color though, the shirt is quite a see-through material. For this reason, it was returned. Durability and quality are top-notch... everything you can expect from a great company like Smartwool. The product just ended up being not exactly what we expected it to be.
