Because there’s nothing worse than wet gear. Except getting eaten by a bear—that would definitely be worse.

Outdoor Research Durable Dry Sack:

The Outdoor Research Durable Dry Sack is just that—burly enough to withstand the regular beatings a river trip can deliver. A roll-top closure, fully taped seams, and Hydroseal coating all come together to keep your gear dry. A webbing bottom and daisy chain make this Outdoor Research dry sack easy to grab and carry.

Works like it should

I got this bag solely for the purpose of keeping my camera dry while having fun in some canyons at ZNP. Worked great. Camera never got wet even when it was completely submerged as I got off the ropes and had to swim a ways. I just clipped the bag to my pack with my camera in it, and loved that I didn't have to worry about the camera this time. Highly reccommended.

I use it as a stuff sack for my sleeping bag when hiking, kayaking or canoing and it's great! It's light, burly and most importantly: It's always kept my sleeping bag dry!
