Ferrosi Pants

Very lightweight, great quality product. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend to friends and family. Very sleek. I look forward to using these over and over again.

Was Hoping For Better

Used these for daily wear farming for a season. After six months the fabric was very thin, they were fraying at the ankle hem, and the front zipper had broken. I had another similar pair from a different company that lasted 10+ years of regular outdoor use (hiking/climbing/fishing/backpacking) followed by two seasons on the farm before they had to be retired. I like the pant but I wish they held up better.

Poor Durability

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Stitching failing after 6 washings. Stitching is failing on rear seam. Inseam and back pockets. Also pulling.

Best pants EVER

One of the best pair of pants I've owned from OR. However, they run a little long than the size label, but no factor in functionality.

Quick drying and great feeling!

Very comfortable, and durable pants, enjoy wearing these while hiking and seem to be resistant to snags from those sticker bushes you may run into. Additionally they have plenty of room for all the bending and flexing you need to do on the trail. Got caught in a sudden rain shower, and pants dried quickly.

Best ever pants for warm weather hiking

Bought for hiking in warmer temps - first was outing to SE Utah where used backpacking in Canyonlands Maze District and then on river trip on San Juan. They were perfect. Light, kept me cool in desert sun up to 90 degrees, comfortable with good stretch for scrambling, shed water well (e.g. splashing while in boat on river. Love 'em.

Lightweight, comfy, and quick drying

I recently wore these pants out on a hiking and kayaking trip and absolutely loved them. I had been looking for a pair of pants for hiking/backpacking. These are really lightweight, comfy to wear, and have a really nice stretch. They are also quick drying. Fit was true to size. I'll be ordering another pair!

Superb fitting pants, however….

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Great pants, fit is excellent for me a slim guy 6’ and 155 lbs. However the size-length of 32 is actually about 1” shorter ;-(. Should have ordered a 34 length. Am having a tailor add an inch to length.

Best travel pants out there.

First off, probably the most comfortable travel pants out there. The stretch of the pant is perfect for travel, hiking, or working out. These really excel when doing starts or climbing activity where you need a lot of swing in your leg. The side zipper pocket is perfect for a wallet and passport when traveling and the front pockets fit all your normal items. The downside to such a great fabric is: 1) everything in your pockets shows through, so for pictures, maybe empty your pockets out or have weird shapes showing through. 2) After 4 days (two pairs) of my pants already started showing pilling on the sides from a seatbelt. Nothing about the belt was abrasive, but the quick of wear was a little disappointing. 3) The back pockets are a little worthless unless you have nothing more than an ultra thin wallet or piece of paper. It's not really the fabric, it's just not really comfortable with anything in the back pocket in pants that are so lightweight. Lastly, I also own OR rain pants. I didn't need to even put them on since these pants wicked away water so well. It takes quite a bit of water before they absorb anything. If you're moving around and sort of "snap" your pants all the water is instantly gone. Highly recommended for travel and outdoor activities. Go get a pair!
